Description of Property
The subject property is a plot of development land, regular in shape and contains a land area of 25,854 square meters (about 6.39 acres)

The Subject property prossess a wide frontage of about 169.15 meters onto Jalan Semarak. The southern boundary adjoining Pusat Penjaja DBKL (temporarily) has width of about 112.075 meters whilst the eastern boundary adjoining Jabatan Pertahan Awam Malaysia has a width of 156.022 meters. The subject property bears direct frontage onto Jalan Semarak, located a short distance to the intersection of Jalan Semarak/ Jalan Padang Tembak. It is located at the north-eastern fringe of the Kuala Lumpur City Centre.

Located to the immediate east and further east of the subject property are Jabatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia, Kementerian Pertahan and Muzium Kementah. Located directly opposite the subject property is the well-know University Teknologi Malaysia. Also located in the vicinity include Pusat Penjaja DBKL Selera Semarak, Wisma Tanah, Pusat Latihan Diraja Malaysia, Menara Telekom Semarak, and Marinara Tower.

Access to the subject property is easily available from Jalan Tun Razak thence onto Jalan Semarak. It is mere 2km and 5 minutes drive from KLCC, nearer to the city centre than Ampang City and One Ampang Avenue.
